  • The Monet’ Way Beauty is not responsible for any missing packages or damages done to packages in transit. For all inquires please contact the courier directly.

    If you receive anything other than the products listed on your invoice, please email us within 24 hours from delivery with pictures of original packaging at themonetwaybeauty@gmail.com to qualify for The Monet’ Way Beauty to pay for shipping of products that were missing from the package and we can handle this accordingly.

    Please be sure to check your order for accuracy before checking out. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. We can only send products that may be missing from the order upon arrival (Please see above bullet for reference)

    Please make sure the shipping information on your order is complete with any apt numbers or ste numbers and correct before payment is taken. Once order is complete address cannot be changed.

    Due to Covid-19 all sales are final there will be no exchanges or refunds. Only thing customers are eligible for is to have products sent if there was an error in the order. (Please see above bullets for reference)

  • All ingredients for each product are listed in the description of each product. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY IN CASE YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY OR THE INGREDIENTS USED TO PRODUCE THESE PRODUCTS.

    The Monet’ Way Beauty does not take responsibility for any reactions caused by products please be sure to discontinue use if you experience any reactions to the products.

    As of now we only ship within the U.S. not currently offering international shipping.

    Shipping cost are added to the order at checkout.
